Chapter 5
At last, when the sound of his footsteps had completely disappeared, only then did Giselle slowly raise herself, as if waking from a long slumber.
A face that had been numb, blank as though dazed, and devoid of anything that could be called emotion slowly came back to life. It was such an ordinary face that it made the way she had been pinned beneath her unpleasant fiancé, crying and pleading just moments ago seem almost meaningless.
The first thing Giselle did after raising her upper body was wipe the s***n from her face with Raven’s handkerchief, which had been restraining her wrists.
“…Just how much did he do it?”
She had expected her mouth, the area around her lips, and her chest, but she hadn’t thought he would c*m over her eyes too. If he were human, he ought to know when enough was enough, but he had no sense of moderation at all.
Yet even as she complained about Raven, the corners of her lips were lifted in satisfaction.
Because aside from the time she had brought up breaking off their engagement, this was the first time he had driven her so fiercely, without showing her any mercy.
It seemed the things she had done to incite his anger and possessiveness had been quite effective.
‘I wish he’d always get angry and hold me forcefully like this.’
Thinking of Raven as he had held her as if he would devour her, she quietly swallowed a laugh. Then she got off the bed and stood in front of the full-length mirror.
Her body, which had been abused for hours without a single break, screamed each time she took a step. But even that tingling pain was a great pleasure to Giselle.
At last, after making her way through the pain and standing before the mirror, Giselle saw with her own eyes the marks Raven had left carved into her body.
Her whole body was full of bite marks and wounds, as if she had been mauled all over, and every inch of her was painted with his s***n without a single gap.
“At this rate, I won’t be able to take a single step outside the manor for a while.”
Would it only be that she couldn’t go out? It was to the point that she would be embarrassed to show her body to the servants.
The moment they saw these marks, they would all startle and draw in a breath. They would look at these lovely, ecstatic marks as if they were something horrifying.
“Haha.”
Giselle laughed softly and slowly stroked down her body, which was filled with marks announcing whose she was. As she did, she trembled at the unique euphoria that came from being wholly possessed by another.
It was a thrilling sensation that sent a chill down her spine no matter when she felt it.
“The goal is right in front of me now.”
Giselle murmured as she faced the mirror directly.
Raven had said that if she did something like last night again, he would break both her legs and lock her in the basement.
That was exactly what she wanted.
For Grand Duke Raven Barietsch to fail to rein in his desire and confine her in the basement.
To place heavy handcuffs and shackles on her so she couldn’t escape, and to station guards outside the one and only door to keep watch over her constantly.
To blindfold her so no one else could see her, to gag her so no one but him could hear her voice, and to put a chastity belt on her, one only he had the key to.
To make her constantly prove her feelings for him with her body, and to train her through all sorts of obscene methods so that she would never allow any man but him to have either her body or her heart.
That was precisely the ending that ‘I’, who had possessed Giselle Vellasi from the R-19 dark romance novel 〈The Crow Loves the Jewel〉, wanted.
In the novel, Giselle has no idea that the crow lying collapsed and bleeding in a corner of the garden behind her manor is Grand Duke Barietsch, and she saves him. And because of that one foolish choice, Giselle’s life, which should have been smooth sailing without a single worry, is thrown into the gutter.
Raven Barietsch, the source of every misfortune she suffers, does not hesitate to hurt, violate, watch, and threaten Giselle in order to make the woman he loves his own.
Until Giselle accepts his proposal.
After all sorts of conflicts and trials, Giselle accepts Raven’s true feelings, and the original work ends with a happy marriage.
But I didn’t want that ending.
The ending I wanted was the bad ending from the [IF] side story that came out afterward.
Since the story began after Giselle had already been confined, without any of the process leading up to it, how desperately had I struggled to reach this point on my own?
At last, the ending was right in front of me. A year of hardship was just about to bear fruit.
If I provoked him just one more time, I would be able to spend pleasant days within his endless obsession and cozy confinement.
But there’s just one problem.
‘How should I provoke Raven even more?’
I had already used up every method that might provoke him.
Standing before the mirror, Giselle quietly sank into thought.
