Chloe didn’t want to stay in the attic, which was full of rolling dust and a musty smell of mold, so she gathered all the items she had found and returned to her bedroom.

On the bed was a change of clothes, left there alone. It seemed the maid had come to attend to her morning duties, found her gone, and just left the clothes behind.

Wouldn’t a normal maid be worried and go looking for the lady she serves when she disappears without a word?

Thanks to no one looking for her, she had been able to comfortably search the attic, but still, their behavior was outrageous.

Chloe was about to call the maid to scold her but decided against it. There was something more important right now. She didn’t want to waste time on trivial matters.

After changing her clothes and sitting on the sofa, Chloe opened the oldest and most worn of the five old notebooks.

[Imperial Year 762, July 2nd. Weather: Clear.]

As expected, the notebook was a diary. And a very old one, written 15 years ago. The crooked handwriting showed the innocence characteristic of a young child. The content was also bright and cheerful.

Since she didn’t want to know about Bianca Lloyd’s childhood, Chloe closed the one she was reading and found the most recently written diary to read.

[Imperial Year 775, April 7th. Weather, and my heart, are gloomy.]

A sense of melancholy was palpable even from the handwriting. The content was likewise depressing, as it detailed getting slapped by the Viscountess Lloyd.

The reason for the slap was absurd. It was because the Viscountess was already in a bad mood from the gloomy weather and became even more depressed upon seeing Bianca’s face, a reason so ridiculous it made Chloe scoff.

Besides that, there were many instances where the Viscountess would hit or mistreat Bianca for no reason. It was the same with her stepsister, Maria Lloyd. Seeing this, the servants naturally began to ignore Bianca, and the deep-seated sorrow over this was etched into the densely written handwriting.

“They’re all complete assholes.”

Chloe, so emotionally invested in Bianca’s situation, burst out in fury. What angered her even more was that Bianca, having suffered so much, couldn’t even properly fight back.

If it were her, she would have lunged at the Viscountess with a “you-or-me” mentality, but Bianca’s helplessness was so frustrating that the hand holding the diary trembled uncontrollably.

“Should I keep reading?”

It seemed there would be nothing but infuriating content, let alone any mention of dark magic.

Chloe wanted to close the diary, but she also thought there might be some unknown information, and since she had started, she might as well finish. So, suppressing her anger, she painstakingly continued to read.

[Imperial Year 775, July 13th. The weather is gloomy, but my heart is clear. I saw my prince for the first time in a long time.]

The prince here must be Ian MacMilden.

Last July was when Ian was still at the academy. But how did Bianca see him? As Chloe thought, she let out a short gasp.

“Ah, there was an academic conference.”

Every two years, the Ideol Academy held an academic conference to show the world how hard the students studied.

The academy was originally very strict about visitors, but during major events like the academic conference, it was an exception. Outsiders were allowed to enter designated areas, so it seemed Bianca had come to the academy at that time.

[No one can pull off a navy blue ribbon tie and a school uniform as well as my prince.]

Just looking at the handwriting, she could tell how excited Bianca was when she wrote in her diary.

[……My prince told me that when I’m having a hard time, I should try making a bucket list. He said it would bring comfort to my troubled heart.]

Ian and a bucket list. Chloe scoffed at the utterly mismatched combination. She could guarantee that Ian never said such a thing. It was clearly a delusion of Bianca’s.

The power of delusion could be confirmed from the next entry. Before, when she suffered injustice, she would just complain about how unfair it was.

But after that, she would write in red ink at the end of the entry, emphasizing how she wanted to get revenge. It seemed she made a bucket list in this way.

The methods of revenge were as timid as Bianca herself: on a day she was slapped, she wanted to slap the other person back; on a day she had tea water spilled on her, she wanted to pour tea water on their head.

This kind of bucket list was a little funny.

Bianca’s bucket list wasn’t just about revenge. Very rarely, there were also ordinary things like paying back a kindness she received, watching fireworks from the Holy Tower, or enjoying the night market.

There were also desires, such as wanting to go on a date with or kiss her beloved prince, Ian MacMilden.

[My prince’s p***s violently churns inside me…….]

“Aaaaargh!”

She even imagined and wrote about having s*x with Ian, and Chloe screamed and slammed the diary shut. The description was so vivid that her face turned bright red, as if bathed in the sunset.

This woman should have become a novelist!

No, more importantly, why would you write something like this in a diary?!

She closed the diary, but the explicit content she had read kept lingering in her mind, tormenting her. Even opening the window and drinking cold water, the heat rushing to her face wouldn’t cool down.

Deciding it was impossible to continue reading the diary in this state, Chloe slumped back against the sofa, took a deep breath, and tried to calm her churning mind.

* * *

Thud. The sound of something falling brought her consciousness, which had sunk into slumber, back.

I only meant to rest for a bit, but I must have fallen asleep without realizing it.

The moment Chloe rubbed one eye and stretched with her other hand, someone lightly kissed her lips.

Chloe’s eyes widened like dinner plates, startled by the sudden kiss. Chloe whipped her head around so fast it made a whoosh sound, to see who had kissed her.

‘Ian MacMilden?’

Why was he here? Why did he just kiss me?

And what was with those eyes looking at her as if she were a beloved lover?

There were so many things she wanted to ask, but since her voice wouldn’t come out, she couldn’t ask anything.

And not just her voice. Her hands and feet—not a single part of her body could move as she wished. Because of this, even when Ian kissed her again, she was powerless to stop him.

A cold, yet soft sensation completely covered her lips. As if sucking on candy, Ian tenaciously nibbled and licked her lips.

“Haa…….”

As her breath grew shorter and her lips slightly parted, Ian didn’t miss the chance to slip his tongue inside. Unlike her mind, which was screaming in alarm, her tongue enthusiastically welcomed the foreign invader. Without her realizing it, her two arms were wrapped around his neck.

Her heart pounded, and her face flushed hot from the moist pieces of flesh grinding wetly inside her mouth.

With her eyes closed, the lewd sounds were even more explicit, doubling her shame, but Chloe couldn’t bring herself to open her eyes.

How could she open her eyes when his face was right in front of hers? It was much better to have only one sense tormented than both her eyes and ears.

The hot, ruthless intruder explored her mouth as if it were his territory. He tickled her even teeth and soft gums with the tip of his tongue, and then he felt her rough palate.

“Hut.”

Then, as if to be mischievous, he coiled his tongue around hers like a snake and sucked hard, making Chloe let out a moan without realizing it. The stimulation was so intense that her mind went completely blank, and her hands and feet curled up.

The first kiss she had ever experienced was so powerful it made her dizzy, yet it was also terrifying and rapturous. It was ironic that she never wanted to experience it again, yet she kept anticipating it.

The large hand that had been hovering near her head slid down and grabbed her b****t. All her nerves were focused on his tongue, which was still biting her tongue and thrusting like a piston, so Chloe didn’t even notice that the tie of her nightgown had come undone.

“……!”

Only after her top slipped down, exposing her b****t, did Chloe realize this, and her eyes widened beyond their limit.

The moment he lowered his head and swallowed her small, exposed n****e, her hands, as if by magic, moved on their own.

It was the first time this had happened since this absurd situation began, with not a single sense of reality.

“Wait!”

It was also the first time a sound other than a moan had come out of her mouth. Chloe pushed him away with all her strength. A long string of sticky saliva, whose owner she could not tell, stretched between them.

Unable to look him in the face, Chloe turned her head. In her line of sight was the dressing table mirror.

The woman reflected in the mirror was Bianca Lloyd, not Chloe Elena.

The moment she met the scarlet eyes that seemed to be laughing at her, the heat that had been warming her body instantly went cold.
