Chapter 133
Having barely washed and putting fruit into her mouth first, Sia finally realized why Nox had been different from usual.
“…Rut?”
“Yes.”
Nox didn’t take his eyes off Sia as she chewed diligently with her small mouth. The moment she swallowed, he quickly placed a grape into her mouth and continued,

Ignoring Cedric’s pleas for him to maintain his dignity, he rushed back to the room. When he saw Sia still munching on grapes, he approached her eagerly.
“It may not have a deep flavor since it was made in a hurry, but I told them to make something easy to digest. Eat this, Sia.”
Leaning against the headboard, Sia quietly watched him.
He had brought only a single bowl for her, as if he had thought only of her and not of himself.
If anything, he seemed to have exerted more effort than she had.
That only made him seem even more cute and lovable. But she was so hungry that she obediently opened her mouth as he fed her.
“It’s cooled down, but is it still hot?”
“…No.”
“That’s a relief.”
By Sia’s standards, it was actually lukewarm, but she didn’t bother correcting him. Perhaps she had been hungrier than she thought, because she finished the stew, which she had initially thought was quite a large portion, without giving Nox even a single bite. Soon after, a wave of drowsiness rushed over her.
“If you’re sleepy, you can sleep.”
“Mmm, I feel sticky though…”
“I’ll wash you. Don’t worry, just sleep.”
Nearly losing consciousness, she murmured to him,
“…Make sure you eat.”
With those words, Sia fell completely asleep.
Nox silently watched her for a moment as she breathed softly in her sleep. Then he let out a long sigh, filled with complicated emotions.
After steadying feelings he couldn’t quite put into words, he pulled the blanket up and tucked it securely to her neck.
