Yuseol’s fully revealed eyes trembled. They held deep bewilderment and a sense of injustice. She hadn’t done anything dangerous so far, and her life hadn’t been threatened today, so it was only natural. She answered with a cold tone.

“I haven’t done anything to deserve those words.”

He smiled coolly, appreciating her feeling of injustice.

“Then what if that man had called you to his quarters today?”

She let out a long breath to calm her heightened emotions.

Mu-yeong stared at Yuseol as if speechless before lowering his head. The short hair on his forehead fell down, covering his eyes.

He looked down at Yuseol, revealing his eyes without hiding them. The sound spreading from between his teeth was terribly low.

He supported the back of Yuseol’s neck with his hand and moved his lips downwards. It was like a challenge, telling her to try and stop him with her efforts.

Yuseol’s frantic heartbeat mixed with his low voice next to her ear. She felt dizzy, furious, and an indescribable thrill washed over her to the point where she shivered.
