Chapter 16
The room was eerily silent, save for Rachel’s ragged breathing and the wet sound of s***n dripping onto the floor from between her thighs.
As the thick liquid pooled beneath her, she suddenly felt fingers tangling in her hair, forcibly tilting her head up until the very c**k that had just violated her came into view.
“Clean up your mess,” Killian commanded coldly. “Suck it.”
Though slightly softened, his length was already beginning to swell again. A mixture of their fluids glistened along the veined, crimson flesh, a single droplet stretching from the tip. Rachel swallowed thickly and parted her lips, her tongue just grazing the shaft when—
“Your Majesty, are you inside?”
“The Emperor was definitely here earlier with Her Highness, but now the Princess is missing…”
“Your Majesty, if you can hear us, please respond!”
The voices of palace attendants echoed outside the door. The haze of lust now cleared, both Rachel and Killian turned sharply toward the sound, their minds snapping back to reality.
Neither could even begin to imagine how they would explain this situation if caught. What had just happened was something that should never have occurred—something neither of them ever wanted to repeat.
If Father finds out, he’ll force a political marriage in an instant. That can’t happen.
For Rachel, this was especially unacceptable. Yes, her body had betrayed her in the heat of the moment, but that was where it ended. She refused to be tied to the man who had humiliated her parents, whether through further entanglement or a royal union.
“Your Majesty, forgive the intrusion, but we’re coming in—”
As the sound of the doorknob turning was heard, Rachel’s face turned pale. She pointed at the door and stammered. Likewise flustered, Killian quickly opened his mouth.
“I’m resting. Come back later.”
“Ah, Your Majesty, are you inside?”
“Yes.”
“Have you, by any chance, seen the princess?”
“Ah, she said earlier she was returning to the princess’s quarters, so I assume she’s there.”
“Understood.”
After that, the sound of busy footsteps echoed outside. Eventually, even that died away, but Rachel remained frozen, blinking nervously.
Killian also stood still for a moment before roughly brushing his bangs back. Now that the pleasure had completely cooled down, a dull ache began to creep into his head. He broke the silence by lightly nudging Rachel’s dress with the tip of his foot.
“If you don’t hurry, your beloved parents might start to worry.”
“If you keep insulting my parents, I will bite off that thing dangling in front of me.”
At the mention of her parents, Rachel’s eyes turned fierce. Killian let out a short laugh, as if he found her amusing.
“It was out of concern, I assure you.”
“Ugh, you’re truly disgusting.”
“Says the one who was just whimpering around my c**k.”
“Yes, yes. This whimpering princess will take her leave now.”
She’d already committed enough treason to hang—no point backing down now. Rachel shot back with her head held high as she gathered her dress.
Adjusting her skirts without a maid’s help was nearly impossible, but she stubbornly refused to ask Killian for assistance. After a haphazard attempt, she marched to the door, pressing her ear against it to check for movement outside.
Silent.
Certain the hall was empty, she yanked the door open—but paused after one step. Turning back, she found Killian watching her with icy detachment. Their eyes locked. Slowly, deliberately, Rachel raised her middle finger.
