Chapter 88
***
The bedroom bore the full evidence of their lovemaking. Stains had set into the sheets in various places, and even the air felt strangely heavy. Rachel’s naked body was also soiled with all kinds of fluids. The garter belt wrapped around her thigh stood out with vivid presence.
Lost in sensation, she was completely unaware of the surrounding gazes. The ladies-in-waiting briefly made eye contact with each other before gathering the sheets. Maria also quietly gave instructions for a bath and massage. Within the Nemean Imperial Palace, the attendants considered not asking questions a matter of etiquette.
Rachel barely managed to pull herself together. With Maria’s help, she washed and put on the wedding dress that had been prepared in advance. She tried her best to appear as presentable as possible on the outside. She even lined her underwear with a pad to prevent any fluids from leaking through.
In that regard, the puffy traditional Nemean attire was perfect. It neatly concealed the red marks on her nape and the garter belt wrapped around her thigh.
Once dressed, she looked at her reflection in the mirror. Her fingers, which had been adjusting the crooked tiara, paused as if realizing something.
‘Don’t tell me… was this the reason he chose this dress…?’
The suspicion that gently arose seemed quite plausible. She couldn’t help but let out a soft chuckle. Rachel thought she should ask Killian about it later. She knew he likely wouldn’t answer, but she was curious to see the expression he would make while feigning ignorance.

The sound of applause from the nobles echoed from a distance. Standing at the entrance to the ceremony hall was the King of Porhen, who had arrived the previous day.
A gentle smile, as usual, played on his lips. Rachel saw affection in his eyes, which were the same green as her own.
“Father, I’m here.”
As she offered a small greeting, the king nodded quietly and extended his hand.
Rachel took his hand and slowly advanced. Classical music swelled, and the red carpet laid across the center of the hall filled her vision.
At the far end stood Killian. The imperial family’s emblem embroidered on his black formal wear was intricate and dazzling. But more than anything, what captivated her were his steadfast turquoise eyes.
He was looking only at Rachel. His demeanor showed no regard for the cheers around them.
Rachel, too, walked only toward Killian. Befitting an imperial marriage, the procession route was incredibly long. About halfway there, the vibrator suddenly started up.
“…Hngh.”
She gasped. The vibration was shallow but unceasing. A numbness spread through her lower abdomen, and she climaxed with shocking ease. The hand resting in the king’s palm trembled lightly.
‘He’s truly insane…’
The situation itself, the man who had created it, and even herself, climaxing within it—she could only think that every part of it was insane.
She struggled to steady her quickening breath. Her father’s voice reached her through her hazy hearing.
“…Are you alright?”
Though quiet, his voice was full of concern. Rachel glanced sideways at him. Her father’s face held a strange sorrow, as if he thought she had fallen ill since coming to the Empire.
She felt a sudden lump in her throat. But it was too much to say ‘I’m fine’ when his daughter was walking down the aisle with a vibrator inside her. Rachel could only force a smile. Pulling up the corners of her twitching lips, she answered in a whisper.
“I… am happy, Father.”
She feared a moan would escape if she opened her mouth any longer. This was all she could offer.
The King seemed about to say something more, but then closed his lips. Rachel squeezed her father’s hand tightly. The King, in response, interlaced his fingers with hers. And so, the two of them reached Killian.
“I entrust the Princess to your care, Your Majesty.”
The King bowed respectfully. Speaking at this moment was a breach of protocol. Especially for an imperial marriage, the rules were even stricter.
Nevertheless, the King conveyed his feelings. After a brief silence, Killian gave a short reply.
“…Do not worry.”
At those words, a small smile spread across the King’s lips. The strength in the hand holding his daughter loosened, and Rachel
carefully shifted her fingertips. If her father’s palm was soft, Killian’s fingers were firm and warm.
As the King withdrew, she felt another surge of emotion and bit her cheek for no reason. Before her stood the high priest, smiling benevolently. The ceremony was about to begin.
‘…This is strange.’
She had imagined this moment countless times. She had vowed to listen carefully to every single word. The ceremony continued, but not a single word reached her ears. All she could feel was the vibration humming below and the warmth of his hand circling hers.
“Ha… haah…”
Her breathing grew increasingly ragged. The pad blocking her s*x was already saturated. A damp heat trickled down her thighs.
Rachel wished she would just collapse before a scandal broke out. Just as her vision was truly beginning to blur, someone’s name came through clearly. The high priest’s voice, calling the Emperor’s true name, seeped into her ears.
“Killian Nemeas, do you swear eternal love?”
“Yes, I swear.”
A clear voice rang out without hesitation. Countless gazes focused on them, and now it was her turn.
“Rachel Porhen, do you also swear eternal love?”
“…Yes, I— ngh, I swear.”
A small moan had slipped out in the middle. Rachel sincerely wished she could die. Fortunately, the only person close enough to have clearly heard it was the high priest.
The clergyman, who had dedicated his purity to the gods, didn’t seem to notice the strange sound. As if nothing had happened, he calmly announced the end of the ceremony.
“From this moment, I declare Killian Nemeas and Rachel Porhen to be husband and wife. May the blessings of the god Nemella be with you.”
Applause and cheers erupted from the nobles. The King’s affectionate gaze also turned toward the couple, but Rachel was aware of none of it. The only thing moving her was the strength of Killian’s grip.
Her awareness was half gone. She couldn’t distinguish where she was going or who she was walking with. She simply moved her feet as she was led. It wasn’t until she boarded the carriage back to the imperial palace that she could finally exhale.
“Ah… haah, ah…”
That relief didn’t last long. As she sat in the seat, the vibrator was pushed deep inside. Even sitting still, she felt her mind might fly away. Her breath grew tight, and the strength left her legs. She had truly reached her limit. An involuntary sound, clenching around him, escaped her.
“Your Majesty… Ah, aah… Quickly…”
Killian had been holding back just the same. His lower body swelled up instantly. His deeply colored turquoise eyes scanned Rachel’s lower abdomen. The desire to take her right then and there surged up, heavy and aching.
As Killian hurriedly tried to close the carriage door, he called out to the Imperial Physician, who was bowing ahead of them.
“Imperial Physician.”
The words continued before he could even lift his head.
“Was the next schedule the congratulatory banquet with the foreign dignitaries?”
“Yes, Your Majesty. You and Her Majesty the Empress were scheduled to attend together.”
“Inform them that an urgent matter has arisen and I will be arriving late.”
“Yes, Your Majesty?”
“And, mark down that the Empress and I have already disembarked from the carriage.”
“…Pardon?”
The Imperial Physician blinked. He didn’t understand and wanted to ask for clarification, but the carriage door closed shut. The carriage started with a loud jolt.
“Hmm…”
The Imperial Physician stroked his chin, pondering the Emperor’s intentions. Unable to figure it out, he decided to simply follow the orders for now.
He arrived at the palace slightly ahead of the imperial couple’s carriage and informed the waiting attendants of the situation.
“Their Majesties had an errand along the way and disembarked from the carriage. They will arrive a little later, so make the necessary preparations in advance.”
The attendants carried out their respective duties as ordered. They tidied the Empress’s quarters and attended to the requests of the foreign dignitaries attending the banquet.
A considerable amount of time passed, yet the imperial couple showed no sign of appearing. One particularly anxious attendant stepped out of the banquet hall.
He spotted the imperial couple’s carriage parked beside the palace gates and looked around. He scanned the corridors, checked the banquet hall again, and even circled the rear gardens, but the two were nowhere to be found.
The flustered attendant’s eyes darted about nervously. However, he never once noticed the carriage beside the palace gates, quietly rocking back and forth.
