▷ Virgin Dragon

She had seen her master’s c**k. And she had learned her master’s secret.

Her master was a dragon.

‘A draaaagon?’

Honestly, she couldn’t believe it. Dragons were ancient monsters that had gone extinct hundreds of years ago!

‘And not just any monster, but a highest-class monster with intelligence far surpassing humans.’

Unlike low-class monsters that couldn’t communicate, the highest-class ones could converse with humans, start wars, and leave indelible marks on thousands of years of human history. Among them, dragons had etched the most terrifying legacy of all.

‘They pierced the dimensional barrier that surrounded this world and flew away to another realm.’

Dragons had not been pleased with humanity’s rapid advancement of civilization. With their long lifespans, they likely saw humans as dangerous, as they were creatures who combined magic and science to create lightbulbs and railroads in just a few years. So dragons had warned humans, but of course, humans didn’t listen.

As a result, the dragons concluded they could no longer stay in this world. They tore through the ancient dimensional barrier and migrated to another world.

But they hadn’t repaired the rift they’d made, and that was how all sorts of monstrous creatures from the Demon Realm forced their way in. The sky blackened with miasma, and demons commanding armies of monsters turned the world upside down. Countless people died, countless more were sacrificed. The Mage Association later called that time the Dark Era.

It was 380 years ago that the Dark Era finally came to an end. Archmages from every nation joined forces to reconstruct the dimensional barrier, barely managing to put an end to the war.

It had been the bloodiest conflict in human history, wiping out half the population. But humanity never stopped striving to return to the peace of the past. Not only did they restore the prosperity of the world before the Dark Era, they achieved a level of civilization far more advanced than ever before.

That was the age in which Eki lived.

‘But Master’s a dragon?’

Eki stared fixedly at Cassius. He was beside her, brewing potions.

“You’re lying.”

“…I’m not.”

“For real?”

“I told you, yes.”

“But… why?”

“What do you mean, why? Do I really have to start with how I was born?”

Eki shut her mouth. She stared at the ceiling and let out a heavy sigh.

‘No, but why would you even tell me this?!’

She had an idea why Cassius had felt cornered enough to confess. Dragons could polymorph and mimic human bodies, but there was one thing they couldn’t transform: their g******s.

‘I read it in an old text. Dragons barely have any s****l desire, so they never cared about their reproductive organs. That’s why magic for transforming them never developed…’

Everything else about him could be fake, but that lumpy, scaled c**k of Cassius’s was his true body part.

“Ha…”

Eki sighed, pleased with herself as the seventy-ninth circle she’d drawn turned out beautifully round, then rubbed her forehead.

“Do we really have to have such an important conversation while drawing magic circles?”

“We still have quotas to meet.”

“Master!”

“…What? Do you have more questions?”

“Of course I do!”

The string of incidents over the past couple of days had slowed down their magic circle and potion production. Stopping work entirely to have a heart-to-heart wasn’t an option. So Cassius continued mechanically brewing potions as he answered Eki’s questions.

“Are you sure it’s fine to tell me you’re a dragon? What if I run straight to the Association and rat you out?”

“The Association already knows.”

“What?!”

“You think I’m stupid? How do you think I’ve been the master of Thousand Dog Tower for centuries?”

“…By secretly hiding your identity?”

“Idiot.”

Cassius let out a deep sigh. Eki’s lips jutted forward in a pout.

“After the Dark Era ended, I was the only dragon left in this world. I had no choice but to coexist with humans. So I revealed my identity to the head of the Gailard Mage Association and settled down in this tower.”

“How is that even possible? Humans just… accepted you?”

“I struck a deal.”

Cassius fell silent for a moment, staring at the potion swirling in its flask.

At last, he turned his head toward Eki and continued speaking.

“I assist the Association’s leader with his personal magical research.”

“What?!”

Surely not unpaid…

“It’s unpaid.”

As if he’d been waiting to crush her expectations, Cassius added that explanation, and Eki was all the more horrified.
