Chapter 22
❖ ❖ ❖
Whether she saw her Master differently or not, tomorrow’s sun would rise, and the deadline would come ever closer.
“Eki! I told you to clean out the cauldron!”
“Eki, go fetch some side-root right now. We’re running out of materials!”
“Eki!”
It began. That damned “Eki, Eki, Eki!”
‘Damn Cassius!’
She had completely forgotten how she’d been giggling “Hehehe” to herself the night before, thinking about Cassius. Now her eyes sharpened as she scrubbed furiously at the cauldron, black stains clinging stubbornly to it.
“Eki, where’s the side-root?”
“I put it over there!”
“…And what’s with that tone?”
“I have placed it over there, Master, Your Highness.”
Cassius narrowed his eyes and glared at her. But Eki pretended not to notice, resolutely scraping at the cauldron with her scrubber.
Then, suddenly, he stepped closer and grabbed her wrist.
“I told you to wear gloves. Why are your hands bare again?”
“I still have to wash the cauldron and rinse all the other bottles.”
“That’s all the more reason to wear gloves.”
“I don’t care. It’s annoying to keep putting them on and taking them off. Master, just use magic to clean them for me.”
“Cleaning magic isn’t exactly my specialty.”
There were multiple reasons why Eki did chores by hand. First, Cassius always claimed cleaning magic wasn’t his area of interest and refused to use it. Second, Eki avoided using unnecessary magic to conserve mana.
‘I’ve told him countless times that we need a servant!’
But Cassius never listened.
She’d initially thought it was just his difficult personality and aloofness, but now she knew better. It was clearly because of his identity. Her one and only Master was a dragon, after all.
‘Haah, what a life I have.’
But there was nothing she could do. She’d long since given up on requesting additional help, so Eki let out a deep sigh and waved her hand dismissively.
“I’ll be fine, so go back to what you were doing, Master. That magic circle you were looking at… Oh.”
Maybe it was because she’d been absentmindedly waving her hand around while looking at the cauldron, but something soft suddenly touched her wet hand. Startled, Eki turned her head.
To her shock, her right hand was firmly pressed against… Cassius’s crotch, as if someone had intentionally guided it there.
“……”
“……”
Cassius froze. Eki also turned to stone, her eyes wide like saucers. The two only exchanged shaky breaths until Eki’s sudden, frantic flailing shattered the silence.
“Eeeek! I-I’m so sorry!”
“……”
“Uh, um, what was I doing. Oh! Right! I was supposed to check the mail today!”
Cassius said nothing.
“I’ll just… I’ll be back!”
She scrambled to her feet and bolted, throwing the lab door open.
Glancing back, she saw Cassius with his head hung low, one hand covering his eyes. His other hand was clenched into a trembling fist. He looked absolutely furious.
Eki hiccupped as she dashed down the stairs.
‘This is driving me nuts.’
They’d abandoned their plan to keep distance from each other to suppress the luck potion’s effects after the chaos with the giant slime. Since there was so much work to do, they’d decided to go back to normal. She’d never imagined a sudden perverted situation like this would happen.
‘The… the way it felt in my hand…’
Eki wriggled her right hand, recalling the sensation.
Even flaccid, Cassius’s member was clearly enormous. When fully e***t, it had resembled the long, thick neck of a herbivorous dinosaur, so it wasn’t surprising.
‘Master must’ve had a hard time dating…’
Naturally, she started worrying about whoever his partner might have been.
‘Could that even fit? Wouldn’t it tear someone apart?’
Organ rupture… Just imagining it sent a chill down her spine.
‘Wait, has he even dated anyone at all?’
Dragons only courted and bred with other dragons.
Eki didn’t know exactly how old Cassius was, but with dragons extinct, any relationship he’d had would have been before the Age of Darkness.
‘But knowing his personality, he probably spent that time making more spells instead of dating.’
A workaholic dragon obsessed with magic. If he’d been like that even back then, maybe he’d never had s****l experience.
‘A centuries-old virgin dragon…’
Eki’s mind wandered back to the sight of Cassius, helplessly bound and being sucked off by the slime.
Was that why he’d been so shocked and hypersensitive?
‘Wait… does that mean I was the first person to ever see Master e*******e?’
