‘But can dragons even have s****l relations with humans?’

Half curiosity and half the sticky anticipation that Cassius had been trying hard to ignore filled his throat.

In the end, Cassius asked the question that had risen to the tip of his chin.

“…About what you said yesterday.”

“Ah, uh, yes.”

“What kind of preparation?”

“Preparation?”

“You said there was, you know, another method…”

“Ah!”

Belatedly, Eki’s cheeks were dyed the color of maple leaves. She seemed embarrassed for a moment, then soon giggled and poked Cassius’s side with her elbow.

“Why? Did you feel like doing it?”

“N-No. Do you think I’ve gone mad?”

Cassius creaked at Eki’s question. This time his face turned bright crimson.

“I was just asking out of simple curiosity. In the first place, dragons don’t copulate with humans.”

And weren’t they in a master-disciple relationship? What master and disciple in the world would have s****l relations… (etcetera, etcetera).

“Really? Not just that there were no cases?”

“There were no cases and no academic materials either.”

“Hmm.”

Eki let out a small hum and raised the corners of her lips.

“It seems you looked it up while I was away.”

“……”

“Right?”

“Eki.”

Cassius called his disciple’s name as if warning her.

“But I thought you would want the next step too, Master.”

At those words, Cassius’s shoulders tensed up. He held his breath and didn’t give any answer.

“Whether it’s a kiss or what I wanted, I’m actually fine with everything…”

“Stop.”

In the end, a heated retort burst out. Cassius stopped for a moment and looked down at Eki. His pupils were shaking helplessly like a butterfly caught in a storm.

“I told you we can’t turn back if we do that.”

Eki quietly looked up at Cassius.

Through the window placed in the corridor, the midday sunlight covering the vast Pinon Forest stirred up their heat. Cassius felt his heart beating louder and louder and clenched his fist.

No matter how much of a rotten master he was, he couldn’t join bodies with his cherished disciple. Until now, he had been swayed by her and the potion and exposed his p***s, but he had to stop what came next.

Even if he too wished to relieve his lust, he couldn’t dare share intimacy with Eki. He was her master, a dragon, and the owner of this tower.

The owner within walls who was not permitted to go out into that world where brilliant sunlight poured down.

【Do you really think so?】

At the voice of a young child heard at that moment, Cassius stopped in his tracks. He looked around with sharp eyes.

“What’s wrong?”

“Didn’t you hear some voice?”

“A voice?”

“Yes. A child’s voice.”

“Not at all. A child?”

No sooner had Eki asked back than a giggling laugh was heard from somewhere. Cassius looked around fiercely and realized it was coming from inside a small storage room at the end of the corridor.

When he ran there at a fast speed, Eki hurriedly followed behind him. She raised her voice in confusion.

“M-Master! Where are you going!”

“It’s not my imagination. I definitely heard it.”

And this wasn’t the first time.

‘I heard it near the wardrobe last time too.’

The reason Cassius had stopped by the storage room looking for magic stones and ended up examining an old wardrobe shoved in the corner was because he had heard an inexplicable laugh from there.

‘I thought it was because of the luck potion, but was it not?’

He had thought being trapped in the wardrobe was also an inappropriate coincidence from the luck potion.

But what if it wasn’t? What if pushing Eki wasn’t simply the luck potion’s effect but an intruder’s doing?

‘…Could that be possible? But the Thousand Dog Tower is protected under my magic.’

The only one in this world who could penetrate an archmage’s magic, moreover a dragon’s magic, was Ikelid. So Cassius’s worry should have been unfounded.

But an inexplicable uneasiness hastened his steps. A feeling as if a warning light had turned on in his head. Cassius realized this was the luck potion’s effect. He too was experiencing the effect of the ultra-strong luck potion he had accidentally stepped on.

Cassius flung open the storage room door.

Unlike the storage room attached to the research lab, this place was where miscellaneous household items were gathered. Hazily rising dust, somewhat disorganized gardening tools, and large and small jars were lined up on the floor.

“S-Sorry. I’ll clean it up later. I forgot to organize here.”

“Shush.”

“Yessir.”

Eki, who obeyed well only at times like this, covered her own mouth. The two people examined their surroundings in the quiet storage room.

Then, a huge jar sitting on a high shelf fell down. Right above Cassius’s head at that.

‘Gasp.’

Eki’s eyes widened and she pushed Cassius.

“Master! Look out!”
