Chapter 74 🔞
“Hah…! Ah… ah… ahh! Th-There… hn… it hurts… ah!”
“Liar. You look like you’re losing your mind because it feels too good.”
Calix’s thumb pressed firmly against her sensitive clxt, rubbing slow, deliberate circles. The pressure inside her deepened at the same moment, pleasure crashing over her from within and without. Evelyn’s body went rigid.
“N-No… stop… please… ah… ah—!”
It felt as though lightning had split the world before her eyes. Unable to withstand the blinding rush of pleasure, her body clung to him instinctively, drawing him in with desperate, involuntary need.
The climax crashed over her.
“Ah… ahh…!”
Evelyn trembled from head to toe, unable to catch her breath as warmth spilled helplessly from her.
The violent spasms around him only tightened. Calix didn’t slow. He drove into her again and again, each thrust reaching deeper than the last, as though intent on breaking through the very deepest part of her.
“Liar.”
“Ah… please… hn… hah…”
Evelyn collapsed against his chest, the words escaping as little more than a breath.
His arm tightened around the small of her back, drawing her flush against him until there wasn’t the slightest space between their bodies.
The soft weight of her brxxsts flattened against his chest. Damn it. The moment she’d lost control, her body had become incapable of doing anything except following his relentless pace.
Her broken breaths dissolved into quiet sobs.
Leaning close to her ear, Calix whispered.
“This time, I’d like you to be the one who gives me a gift.”
“What are you… mngh! Haah—!”
With one final, powerful thrust that buried him to the hilt, Calix found his release deep inside her.
Even then, the rhythmic contractions of her body continued to cling to him, unwilling to let him go. As if asking him to stay just a little longer.
Only when the relentless tide of sensation finally subsided did the room fall quiet once more. Evelyn lay draped across Calix’s chest, drawing ragged breaths like someone who had only just survived drowning.
The steady rise and fall of Evelyn’s shoulders drew the man’s lingering gaze. She felt it on her. Even so, she couldn’t summon the strength to move so much as a fingertip.
Inside her, slick with fluids she could no longer tell apart, he remained stubbornly hard. The oversensitive walls of her body quivered helplessly around his lingering fullness.
“Enough. Take it out.”
Evelyn’s request came little more than a whisper. Perhaps from all the cries she’d been unable to suppress, her voice had gone hoarse. Like that worn-out voice, her body had no strength left to move.
“Hmmh…”
Slowly, he withdrew. Even after he was gone, a deep, aching heat lingered beneath her waist. Warmth trickled down the inside of her thighs in slow, unsteady streams.
Just then, Calix’s hand brushed her sweat-damp golden hair back with effortless gentleness.
“Sleep a little longer, Eve. It’s still before dawn.”
His voice was calm and sweet. Her eyelids grew unbearably heavy. And as if a spell had been cast over her, her eyes drifted shut.
The man gathered his wife into both arms, holding her as though she could never slip away. A faint, satisfied smile curved his lips.
“I wonder if you’ll have another nightmare this time.”
Pleasant haze quietly filled the bedroom once again.
Her sleeping face was nothing like the one she wore while awake. With the vigilance ingrained in her finally slipping away, all that remained was one utterly defenseless human being.
Just then, her eyelids trembled. Another nightmare. Poor thing.
Watching his wife begin to frown in her sleep, the smile on Calix’s lips deepened. Even so, he had no way of knowing what she dreamed about. Everything he’d told her had been the truth. He truly couldn’t rule over her dreams. She had simply been born that way.
The unknown. The uncertainty that only his wife could create swallowed the endless tedium of eternity whole.
