As the wolf emperor’s large, warm hand touched her forehead as he approached, her face flushed again.
“Your Ma-Majesty.”
“Please call me Lu. My lovely Eli.”
At his gentle voice, Elena could see herself falling deeper for the emperor.
“Eli, when would you like to go on our outing?”
“Aren’t you busy?”
“Haha. Don’t worry about such things.”
“Umm… I’d like to go out in the afternoon.”
“Then, let’s do that. Would you like to take a garden walk with me after breakfast? My beloved wife.”
Whenever Elena felt loved by this kind emperor who always asked her opinion first, she experienced happiness so profound it made her body shiver. The dreamlike quality of the moment returned as her heart raced under his quiet, observant gaze.
“Shall we go eat?”
“Yes.”
“Come down carefully.”
Elena fell even deeper for the wolf emperor’s thoughtful care and gentle demeanor.

Elena arrived at a place called the Golden Prairie with Lucael.
“My goodness! The entire field is golden!”
“It’s dyed golden by the intense sun.”
“Is that possible?”
Instead of answering, Lucael just nodded with a smile, and Elena, facing him, couldn’t hide her excitement, saying it was truly amazing.
‘Ah, how can she be so lovely? My rabbit Empress, who is so lovely…’
Lucael, who was slowly examining her from face downward, stopped at her voluminous chest. Feeling his lower body becoming stiff at the sight of the place he had secretly tasted last night, he turned his gaze toward the prairie.
“Lu?”
“It’s nothing. Eli, would you like to go in?”
“Can I?”
At Elena’s very cautious voice, Lucael couldn’t help but smile, and after stepping onto the prairie first, he extended his hand.
“Here.”
Elena gently placed her hand on his with a bright smile and entered the golden-dyed field.
“I never knew grassfields could be this soft. Above all…”
As the prairie swayed like waves in the cool breeze, Elena couldn’t help but exclaim in admiration. Lucael, finding her reaction completely adorable as she sparkled with eyes that couldn’t look away, called her in a gentle voice.
“Do you like this place?”
“Yes! I’ve never seen such a magnificent prairie before.”
“If Eli likes this place, I’ll give it to you.”
“What?!”
“Haha, why are you surprised? You are the Empress of this empire. It’s only natural for you to have whatever you desire.”
“Y-you can’t do that! No matter if I am the Empress, how can a place where numerous citizens live together become my possession?”
This was an unexpected reaction for Lucael. He had made what he thought was a pleasing comment, but instead of being pleased, she refused with a serious face, which made him feel a bit hurt but also more attracted to her.
‘My tiny rabbit has such a kind heart. I truly made the right choice making her my Empress.’
Elena was very tense, wondering if she had misspoken.
“Eli.”
“Yes, Your Majesty.”
“Your Majesty?”
“Lu, Lu!”
Seeing her speaking with tension throughout her body, Lucael burst into laughter.
“Your Ma- no! Lu, why are you laughing!”
“Because Eli is so adorable.”
“Ah…”
At the emperor’s touch, caressing her cheek with a profound gaze, Elena felt her heart racing.
‘My heart is beating too fast.’
“Eli, your face is red. Are you feeling unwell somewhere?”
“No. Your Majesty! This is truly a wonderful place. Like a painting.”
“Shall we take a photo?”
“A photo… you mean?”
What Lucael held in his hand was an image stone. When he lightly tossed it upward, the small square stone stopped in mid-air. Elena looked curiously at the floating stone and then at her wolf emperor husband, who placed his hand on her shoulder.
“Have you heard of an image stone?”
“Ah, yes. A magical stone that can take photos.”
“That’s exactly it. It’s convenient to carry around because it’s so small.”
“I see.”
“Now, just smile while looking at that stone.”
Elena, who was smiling awkwardly, flinched when there was a flash before her eyes.
“Oh dear, were you startled?”
“A-a little.”
“You’ll get used to it after taking photos frequently.”
Elena, who was nodding with a smile, let out a short cheer when she saw Lucael reach out to the floating image stone and it returned to him as if drawn by a magnet.
“Is it fascinating?”
“Yes, it’s like a cute dog returning to its owner.”
“Hahaha! Eli’s thoughts are cute, too. You’re lovely.”
“Ah.”
Elena’s face reddens at the soft touch on her cheek.
“Shall we look at the photo? Here.”
‘I’m smiling so strangely! Compared to that…’
Lucael, standing next to her, looked even more handsome.
‘How embarrassing!’
“Didn’t it come out really cute?”
Elena was startled by the low voice whispering in her ear. She could see Lucael smiling brightly beside her.
Thump, thump, thump, thump-!
‘My heart feels like it’s going to burst!’
