Chapter 29
Even as Lilith sobbed like a child, her voice cracking with exhaustion, her weak attempts to push him away only made the thick heat buried inside her pulse harder.
Human c***s are ridiculous—even a horse’s might be smaller than this. What kind of creatures were humans, really? Overwhelmed by the sheer absurdity of human anatomy, she let out a pitiful whimper—but Teia ignored her completely.
A low laugh brushed against her ear before his teeth sank into the delicate skin, sharp enough to make her jolt.
“Humans are in heat 24 hours a day.”
His words from before echoed in her mind as the obscene, wet slaps of his hips filled the room. At this point, she’d rather pass out again.

The round furball clung to the teacup, making a noisy sound as it diligently licked the tea with its tiny tongue.
The lukewarm tea, heated just enough not to cause burns, wet the fur around the rabbit’s mouth. Its wiggling bottom swayed left and right with excitement.
Perched on one side of the table enjoying tea time, Lily was dressed in a fairly well-made cape-style outfit designed for rabbits.
“A circus troupe operating in the Asit Kingdom, you say?”
“Yes. I haven’t confirmed it with my own eyes, but the information broker I dealt with is quite reliable.
That’s how they’re promoting themselves, too.
They claim you can meet the legendary beastkin from the Empire’s founding myth.”
As Teia listened to Cesar’s explanation, he skimmed through the circus troupe report Cesar had investigated. Despite being a troupe that moved covertly, the report was surprisingly detailed — about the members, the animals they traveled with, even the director.
“Since the Empire is still sensitive about beastkin chimeras due to the civil war, these people aren’t officially permitted by the kingdom.”
“Of course not. From the kingdom’s perspective, the peace treaty was only signed recently — they wouldn’t want to draw the Empire’s ire for no reason.”
“I hear they’re quite popular as discreet entertainment among the kingdom’s nobles in the underworld.”
“The idea that the legendary beastkin from the founding myth actually exist is preposterous. It’s probably just chimeras or some cheap trick.”
“That’s true. But you might want to take a look at this photo of the director.
Doesn’t he look similar to the previous owner of the rabbit you told me about?”
Teia had only heard about the person in question and couldn’t make an exact comparison with a photo, but a few distinctive traits matched up — the long scar running over the right eyebrow, the dull blue eyes, and a knife wound on the nape.
If someone with such a similar appearance was now running a beastkin circus, it was definitely worth investigating.
“Then I’ll make up a cover story and go secretly. If an official record of my visit gets out, it’ll only lead to unnecessary misunderstandings.”
“I’ll make the arrangements.”
“I want to go too!”
With a loud thud, Lilith, now in human form, raised her hand enthusiastically. Since she became human, she was naked, prompting Cesar to avert his gaze.
When Teia clicked his tongue, Lilith glanced around, then quickly wrapped herself in the blanket she always kept nearby.
Perhaps because she had lived as a rabbit for so long, she still felt no shame in her nudity.
“Where do you think you’re going?”
“You said it’s a trip, didn’t you? I want to go too!”
Eyes sparkling, Lilith pleaded with Teia. It was actually more reassuring to take her along than to leave her behind — who knew what kind of trouble she might cause. And if there really was a chimera, she might be helpful in identifying it.
More than that, the image of two men and a woman — or two men and a pet — fit better with the persona of a wealthy noble chasing curious entertainments.
“Fine. As long as you behave yourself.”
Lilith, who had been preparing all kinds of reasons expecting him to say no, was dumbfounded by Teia’s unexpectedly easy permission.
Why was he suddenly being nice?
As she stared at him suspiciously, Teia’s brow twitched in mild annoyance, so she quickly put on a bright smile and pretended to look away.
“But you’ll have to stay in your rabbit form when we cross the border.
It’ll take too much time to prepare a new identity for you.
We’ll also need to temporarily dye that eye-catching fur.”
Lilith nodded without hesitation.
Aside from when she lived in the rabbit village or was on missions under her masters’ watch, she’d always been confined to a cage — any trip sounded wonderful to her.
Even when she tried to calm down, little giggles kept escaping her lips.
Watching her excitement, Teia made a mental note: first, he needed to prepare a collar to leash her with.
