Chapter 205

“W-wait! Hhng…”
His size alone was overwhelming, but with his thick thumb added, the pressure was terrifyingly intense. Luckily, his fingers withdrew on their own before I could ask.
“Ahh!”
At the same moment, he thrust his hips upward. The tip that had been just at the entrance suddenly plunged deep inside me in one go. Gasping at the pleasure that pierced me when I let my guard down, I laughed quietly inside.
‘The man who was once so patient has no patience at all today.’
I caught my breath and waited for the next move. He’d pull back then thrust again, right? But he stayed buried deep inside me without moving.
“Dana… I love you.”
He whispered those words as he gently kissed my lips. It felt strange, words and actions that usually come only after the deed. Only then did I realize what was happening inside me.
We weren’t doing anything, yet my insides felt wetter and tighter. I shifted my hips slightly, and he pushed back in, sealing me completely. Judging by the slight sensation when the tip buried itself again, a considerable amount of fluid had pooled inside me.
He had climaxed.
“Ah… was it so good you couldn’t hold back?”
I looked up, embarrassed. But the man on top showed no sign of embarrassment. Instead, his face was relieved, as if things had gone according to plan. It was as if it wasn’t a mistake, but intentional.
“If we do this, you can have a baby.”
I said something so obvious it sounded stupid, even knowing he had finished inside me hoping for just that. He had always tried not to get me pregnant, saying it wasn’t the right time.
And if it wasn’t the right time then, it surely wasn’t now.
“We’ll be home within a week at most. Before you even feel pregnant.”
“But…”
Still, there’s no reason to rush having a baby here, right?
I couldn’t ask, because he covered my mouth with his lips. It felt deliberate.
‘This man has changed.’
He who once opposed pregnancy for my sake, now suddenly changed. A bad feeling crept in, but I didn’t know what it meant.
“I’ll make both you and our child happy. We’ll live together in heaven forever.”
Some things can be felt even if the mind doesn’t understand. The body pressed against mine felt strange. His usually gentle smile started looking dangerous. Speaking of heaven, I had the uneasy feeling that I was being dragged, blindfolded and bound by the ankle, into hell.
“Don’t you already look forward to how lovely our child will be? Dana, imagine it.”
“……”
“…Don’t you want that?”
As soon as he asked with trembling eyes, the goosebumps on my neck faded.
‘He was scared I’d leave.’
He didn’t suddenly change without warning. This man’s change was ultimately my fault.
I threatened him that if he lied to me again, I wouldn’t forgive him, and acted like I could leave anytime. Though he rarely showed emotion, seeing him so anxious, I secretly enjoyed it as my reassurance.
Unaware that I was quietly eating away at his once strong spirit.
I was foolish.
Behind us, they were chasing us. Ahead, death awaited. Every moment could be our last.
The wildflowers he broke off and handed me, the smiles we exchanged over trivial things, the hot nights shared in a cozy bed — any of these could be our last.
Even though I knew that, I tried to satisfy my selfish desires first.
How cruel I was.
“Dana… you still want my child, don’t you?”
Not knowing I was regretting it, his breath and eyes only trembled more since I didn’t answer.
I could no longer enjoy seeing his anxiety.
