Side Story 7
“On our first wedding day… when we first met while I was wearing the dress.”
“It was in front of the main ceremony hall entrance.”
“Yes, that time.”
He remembers.
Suhyeon nodded slightly, secretly happy about that fact. That he also remembers that moment.
Suhyeon continued speaking softly.
“I remember how you frowned disapprovingly the moment you saw me.”
Even though she was a bride being married off, she had spent hours getting ready, and it hurt to see his obvious disapproval of her dress.
“I understood right then how you thought of me. Although I didn’t have expectations to begin with, it felt like even that tiny fragment of hope was completely shattered…”
Suhyeon honestly expressed her feelings from that time.
Even though much time had passed, and even though all misunderstandings had been cleared up now, thinking about that moment still made her heart feel heavy.
Jeonghan lifted Suhyeon’s face as it darkened.
“You’re wrong.”
Jeonghan said, meeting her gaze directly.
“I told you earlier. That I fell in love again. That was the moment I fell for Seol Suhyeon.”
“Ah…”
Jeonghan firmly held Suhyeon’s slightly trembling eyes with his gaze.
“I couldn’t take my eyes off you, and I frowned the moment I realized that about myself.”
At that time, while he was trying to convince himself it was for revenge, he couldn’t help but fall for Seol Suhyeon the moment he saw her in her wedding dress.
He felt aversion because he noticed those feelings in himself.
Perhaps he felt an unstoppable fate the moment he realized he couldn’t take his eyes off Seol Suhyeon.
“Was that really it…?”
Suhyeon looked at him with wavering eyes.
Jeonghan gently sucked on her slightly parted lips, surprised, before releasing them. After lowering his gaze to her moistened lips, he looked back into her eyes and said,
“I really didn’t know you could be so beautiful.”
Suhyeon’s cheeks reddened. Looking down shyly, she said quietly,
“…I didn’t know.”
“The misunderstanding was my fault too. I’m sorry.”
Jeonghan said with darkened eyes.
No matter how much he apologized for what happened then, he would feel guilty for the rest of his life.
Suhyeon slowly shook her head and raised her eyes to meet his.
“I don’t regret it.”
Her delicate eyes curved beautifully. Jeonghan looked at those eyes painfully.
“Really. I don’t regret it. I don’t.”
Suhyeon’s smile deepened.
“Because all those things happened, we’re together now.”
“…Yes.”
Jeonghan captured her lips again.
Suhyeon hesitated for a moment, seemingly conscious that they were in a cafe, but soon closed her eyes.
Whether there were people who recognized them or not, they were lost in each other.
After leaving the cafe, Jeonghan drove Suhyeon home. Although Suhyeon said she could go alone, Jeonghan wouldn’t listen.
As they pulled into the garage, Suhyeon unfastened her seatbelt and said,
“Well then, I’ll go in. Take ca-“
Jeonghan lightly grabbed her face and turned it toward him.
Suhyeon’s eyes widened as she realized Jeonghan’s face was right in front of hers.
“…Ah”
Jeonghan kissed her parted lips, surprised. As if he had been holding back since their teasing kisses at the cafe, he immediately sucked in her soft tongue and stole her breath.
“Ha, mmph.”
Her released lips were captured again at a different angle, and her sweet tongue was deeply sucked. When he lewdly sucked on her moist, intertwined tongue until her breath became hot, a moan escaped Suhyeon’s closed lips.
Jeonghan fiercely kissed her, drinking in even that moan.
…Hah.
When their lips parted, a strand of saliva stretched between their wet lips. Jeonghan sucked up that saliva with his lips and met her gaze.
Confusion clouded Suhyeon’s eyes at his burning gaze.
“W-wait a moment. Hnh…”
Suhyeon’s shoulders twitched as his wet lips captured her earlobe.
“I’ve been holding back since I saw you in that dress until now.”
His husky voice flowed into Suhyeon’s ear along with hot breath.
“B-but this is the garage- ahh.”
His large hand with bulging veins slipped under her skirt and firmly grasped her thigh. While kneading her soft thigh flesh, he sucked on her small earlobe.
“There’s no one here.”
“If Chief Choi sees… Ah!”
Jeonghan pressed a button and reclined the seat.
Suhyeon’s body tilted back as if lying down, and Jeonghan instantly climbed on top of her.
“I can’t stop, so give up, Seol Suhyeon.”
“…!”
Suhyeon’s mouth went dry at the sight of him glaring with beast-like flashing eyes while roughly grabbing and shaking his tie.
What should I do…?
The sound of her excited heart, mixed with confusion and anticipation, was dizzily echoing in her ears.
Suhyeon swallowed.
‘Even though the tinting is dark and no one can see in, the car will still shake…’
The words suggesting they go upstairs lingered in her mouth, but her thoughts quickly scattered at the rough hands lifting up her blouse.
“Even when I first saw you in your dress, I wanted to do this.”
Jeonghan said in a voice lowered with desire as he bent down.
His eyes burned hot as he stared at her skin rising and falling with rapid breaths.
“Even if you hadn’t mistakenly found your way to my room.”
Jeonghan’s prominently protruding Adam’s apple quivered.
“I would have ended up taking off your dress anyway.”
“Hnn…”
The moment his hot lips devoured her bare skin, everything shattered into white before Suhyeon’s eyes.
Shortly after.
The intense movement made even the large rear wheels of the car shake noisily.
The car rocked so noticeably that anyone could tell what was happening inside even from afar, but the garage remained wrapped in intimate silence.

Chief Joo had been in America all this time preparing for the wedding. The perfectionist Chief Joo was practically living at the resort in the Virgin Islands to ensure everything was properly prepared.
Suhyeon felt sorry towards Chief Joo for making him stay abroad for so long.
She thought it couldn’t be what Chief Joo wanted, staying in a foreign country for someone else’s wedding.
When Suhyeon met Chief Joo, who had briefly returned to Korea for work, she said,
“I should have just chosen a domestic venue. I feel bad for making you work so hard abroad. I’m sorry.”
When Suhyeon expressed her regret, Chief Joo replied,
“Not at all. Since it’s a Cheonkyung-owned resort, the process has been smooth. The beaches there are so beautiful, it feels like a vacation.”
“Still, staying abroad for so long must be difficult…”
“I’ve had longer overseas business trips before, so please don’t worry about it. Thank you for your concern.”
Chief Joo smiled briefly as he answered and bowed before leaving.
Seeing his rare smile, Suhyeon finally felt somewhat relieved.
“Thankfully, it seems he understands.”
Suhyeon shifted her gaze to Jeonghan beside her.
Jeonghan was looking down at her.
“Managing worldwide business trips is Chief Joo’s main job, and you’re still worried about that?”
“Ah, but still… making him stay abroad for so long…”
Jeonghan stared at Suhyeon steadily.
…Huh?
As Suhyeon looked back questioningly at his strange gaze, one of his eyebrows curved up crookedly.
“You seem to care too much about Chief Joo?”
“What?”
Suhyeon looked at Jeonghan with clear eyes. He narrowed the distance between them as if trapping her and met her gaze up close.
“You’ve been like this before too.”
His crooked gaze scanned both her eyes in turn.
“Why are you showing excessive interest? In men other than me.”
…Other men?
Though she found it strange how Chief Joo could fall into that category, Suhyeon maintained her smile as she spoke.
“It’s because I feel sorry. Even though it’s our wedding, Chief Joo is the busiest one.”
“Still, stop worrying about it. If you keep worrying, I might end up permanently assigning Chief Joo to an overseas branch.”
