Chapter 2
An unspeakable sense of humiliation shook Maximilian’s entire body once. The eldest son of a great noble family, of course, a promising twenty-eight-year-old handsome man and an unmarried man with a clean genealogy, barely managed to steady his breath before it grew rough, and clenched his fist with all his strength. Only, he could not suppress the sharpness in his tone.
“So what you’re saying is that you dislike me because I’m unpleasant. I suppose that old man must be a kind and coquettish person, then. I’m disappointed, Miss Mandel. I thought that unlike other vain women, you were bold and honest. There was no need to go this far to insult me indirectly—”
“That isn’t why I’m refusing you.”
It was at that moment.
Mandel, who had cut off Maximilian’s rapid-fire speech, stared straight at him.
“The reason I’m marrying that man is because we’re compatible in bed.”
“Pardon?”
“He possesses something remarkably large, you see. And he’s extremely vigorous for his age.”
Indeed, she was exactly as rumored. The woman who had once led court trends with her daring remarks inclined her head as if she found it terribly unfortunate. Her gaze was fixed not on the Warden Duke’s face, but precisely on the center below his abdomen. In other words, his crotch.
“I’ve heard that you’re the one who’s under a dizzying curse. No, who wouldn’t know? On this continent…”
“……”
“It really is a pity. But I’m someone who simply can’t live without satisfying s*x. We wouldn’t have been a good match anyway.”
“……”
It was a bright afternoon.
However, Maximilian Romundale stiffened as if he had been struck by lightning in the middle of a downpour, then barely managed to leave Mandel’s garden without even saying goodbye.
His beloved horse, who had fought at his side through several life-and-death battles against the invaders at the border, was so intelligent that it led its master back to the northern lands on its own without even a single snort. Maximilian sat in the saddle in shock. In other words, today was the day he finally realized the true reason.
Why he had been rejected a full twenty-nine times.
It was because of his nickname.
The 3cm Micropeen Grand Duke.

In other words, the origin of that ‘curse’ was simple and clear.
A tragedy had taken place in the frozen birch forest located at the end of the earth in the frozen land of Saint Montshire.
That place was the territory of a black dragon, which did not permit humans to enter. The story went that one winter night, a foolish boy entered that pale forest, and in the end, he was discovered by the ferocious dragon and crippled by a terrible curse. Well, the dragon race would probably object and call it magic, but their magic was the same as a curse in the sense that it could not be undone by human sorcery.
“Ah, ahh! That’s good, ah, you’re ruining my insides… Kyaa…!”
The glass marble of the south, the steel pot of the north.
To explain the geography of this land in a little more detail, the single continent was shaped as though a small principality were blocking the mouth of a giant empire’s bottleneck.
The two regions, whose renowned fields were as opposite as their climates, were both sworn enemies and allies.
The southern Ardena Empire did not have to worry about foreign invasions thanks to the ironclad defense of the northern Principality of Saint Montshire, and Montshire, in exchange for taking on the role of a guard dog that protected the coast and the border, was guaranteed an independent government by the empire. But behind each other’s backs, they both slandered and cursed one another. In the north, they cursed southerners as clowns obsessed with showmanship, and in the south, they pointed fingers at northern country bumpkins and said they were all fools who couldn’t recite a single line of romantic poetry.
“Ahhh… Haah!”
Max Romundale finally leapt lightly down from the saddle.
Spring in the north was completely different from the south. Only now had the thin ice barely begun to thaw, leaving the entire ground muddy. Yet from the smell of mud splashing against his military boots, Max finally felt the welcome of home. He handed the reins to his manservant and at last strode straight into the mansion he had arrived at.
The building, which looked more like a final defensive stronghold than the mansion of a Grand Ducal family, actually served as a fortress as well, and so it was practical but extremely rugged. Max immediately bounded up the stairs toward the study near the spire in long strides. The woman’s shrill cries echoing along the walls were also rushing toward their climax.
“You’re as short as a dwarf, but haa, your f*****g is really…!”
“Do you understand the true taste of us Podlings? Hmm?”
“I don’t know… kya, kyaaaah!”
There was a wide table for staff meetings in the Warden Duke’s office. A maid who had been lying at an angle across it, her back draped over the surface as she was mercilessly rammed by a dwarf’s c**k-club, suddenly screamed. She had discovered the master of the house leaning crookedly against the wide-open doorway, glaring at them murderously.
