Chapter 91
“You’ve been strange lately.”
“What is?”
“You kissed me… then you proposed a partnership. Is there a reason for it?”
“Do I need a reason to do such things?”
Helion stripped off her pants. As her pants fluttered and fell to the floor, his hand plunged between her legs.
“I don’t know what kind of answer you’re looking for.”
The man’s hand moved softly over her labia. Seeing her already wet below, the man smiled crookedly.
“Is saying I did it just because I want to not enough?”
“Yes. Even though Your Highness seems to live without a thought, ugh. In fact… you move with thorough calculation.”
“Then you answer first. Do you want to know about my heart, or do you want to know about the thoughts in my head?”
“Haa. Does that even matter?”
“Yes.”
His answer was firm. But it wasn’t just his words that were firm. His fingers boldly parted her inner flesh. Feeling the fullness after a long time, Katie arched her back.
“Ugh.”
“You need to answer, Kitty.”
Katie clutched the sheets. Unbeknownst to her, his fingers had become two. Even though his fingers just stirred her inner wall once, water was already leaking profusely. Helion didn’t hesitate to shove in the rest of his fingers.
“Ah-hut. Huh, the latter!”
Katie answered quickly. She didn’t even understand her own feelings, so she didn’t want to hear him. She was also afraid.
Becoming Helion’s guard was an unfortunate accident.
If she had received the order to kill him a month ago, Katie wouldn’t have hesitated.
Originally, there was only one word to define Helion for Katie: the child who betrayed her.
But not now. There were simply too many words to define him.
A man who hid a finely sharpened blade within his languidness; a dissolute son born as the Crown Prince, yet uninterested in the throne; a kind scoundrel who acted as if his body was his only purpose, yet constantly reached out to her when she was in danger.
If she listened to his heart, a few more words would be added to that list. It was easy to kill a stranger, but difficult to kill someone you knew.
So, Katie had to stop here.
“Ah. You’re not curious about my feelings, but you are curious about my rational reasons?”
“Because there’s no reason for me to know Your Highness’s heart.”
Helion seemed displeased with that answer. The movements of his hand grew increasingly rough. The bed shook with his powerful arm movements. Her c*m splattered everywhere with his vigorous thrusts.
“Wa-wait, Your Highness. Too fast… Ugh!”
Her c*m shot upward in an arc, landing on Katie’s stomach. Katie instinctively tightened her stomach muscles, contracting them.
Her vaginal muscles clenched, clinging tightly to his fingers. The feeling alone made her feel like she was about to explode.
“Ahh…!”
Katie curled her toes, her entire body trembling. It was certain. She had only just noticed, but she was definitely in estrus now. Otherwise, the intensity of her sensations couldn’t be explained.
“If you think that, then I suppose I should give you a calculated answer to match.”
The man unbuttoned his pants. His hardened e******n sprang up, nudging her stomach, then slowly tilted forward, boasting its weighty presence.
The blunt tip touched her entrance. The man held his shaft, rubbing the head of his c**k against her v***a.
Katie swallowed a tense breath. The mere touch of the tip at her entrance already made her hole twitch.
As her inner walls parted and contracted, thin fluid flowed out, as if anticipating the impending penetration. However, Helion didn’t insert it, only circling the area, teasing her.
“The Empress limited the number of guards. I’m in a situation where I need every guard I can get. That’s why I made you my partner.”
“Ah.”
Katie let out a sigh-like groan. Something felt… lacking. She couldn’t tell if it was her body in heat craving his penetration, or if she was displeased with his answer.
‘No, that’s not right. Where could there be a more perfect answer?’
Katie gnawed at her innocent lips, an inexplicable nervousness gnawing at her.
To be honest, she was worried that Helion might harbor feelings for her, or that he might have developed a physical attachment, just as she had.
But fortunately, that wasn’t the reason.
She should have felt relieved after having a burden lifted from her mind, but strangely, Katie felt no such ease. It seemed the estrus hormones were indeed powerful. The inexplicable frustration she felt must be because of them.
At that moment, an unintended question blurted out of her mouth.
“Then why did you send the servants away?”
“Why do you ask that?”
“What? This… well… Ah, never mind. I apologize.”
Katie was surprised by her own words and quickly shut her mouth. She didn’t even know herself what she wanted to confirm with that question.
“It was also to maintain discipline in the palace. I told you, my intention was to use this opportunity to weed out Damian’s underlings. It actually worked out well. I got an excuse to clean the house before the Reaper Squad arrives.”
Helion’s answer was perfect again. He meticulously observed Katie’s face. She probably had the same expression every day, so she didn’t know why he found it so interesting to look at her constantly. Katie narrowed her eyes even more to hide her crestfallen expression.
‘…Wait. Crestfallen?’
Just as the thought flashed through her mind and her heart thumped, the man gripped Katie’s pelvis and pressed her hips forward. The tip of his c**k forced its way into her tightly clenched inner flesh.
