Chapter 46
Only when she felt on the verge of losing consciousness did he finally grant her a moment to catch her breath. Watching Adelaide gulp down air, Killian chuckled.
“If you’re already this worn out, what will we do?”
“Just wait—let me rest a little—hnngh.”
She couldn’t even finish her sentence before another wave of kisses crashed over her.
Killian softly caressed her b****t. In this most private place, where she had never allowed another’s touch, sensations she had never felt before overwhelmed her. Despite her human revulsion, the act of pushing her hazy mind to its limits left her utterly at a loss.
Every time he rolled her stiff n****e between thumb and forefinger, she fluttered like a live fish. Delighted by her reactions, Killian laughed lowly.
Back when she hadn’t known he was the Crown Prince, Adelaide had been honest. In the days when she considered him her only friend, she had been straightforward. Now she had become so obedient that her former self was hard to find. But this, too, had its own pleasure.
No matter what he did to her, she couldn’t utter a single word of refusal. Adelaide had always been his, but tonight held a special meaning as she herself had said. For it was the day, from this moment forward, that she would be proclaimed his before God.
Killian’s lips, which had sealed Adelaide’s mouth, trailed down her neck. He kneaded and sucked her plump b*****s as if they were his personal playthings. When he licked her stiff n****e and sucked like a child, her spine arched outward with a cry that was almost a scream.
“Hnngh…”
Tears spilled from Adelaide’s eyes. She resented her body for responding to Killian’s touch against her will. If she could feel nothing while merely satisfying him, it would be less miserable.
Suck, suck. The lewd sound of membranes and skin meeting and parting layered over her sobbing moans. Killian’s long, slender hand brushed against her thigh as she twisted her head away, shaking it in refusal.
With just a small application of force, her thighs parted easily. It wasn’t as if she could escape by resisting anyway. Resigned, Adelaide could only hope it would end quickly.
“I suppose you really were waiting for today. I thought you were just saying that.”
Killian smiled. His hand had already found her most secret place. He parted her slick, fluid-slicked flesh, and then one of his fingers pushed inside her.
“Hah—nngh…”
A single finger was enough to fill her tight channel completely. Her hips lifted at the stirring sensation. Her stubborn flesh clamped down on his finger.
Killian picked up the vial of perfumed oil from the bedside table and poured it over her s*x. The cold, slick liquid trickled down her cleft.
“They say it’s laced with a mild aphrodisiac. Seems to be working.”
“No—I don’t—hngh—don’t…!”
It was the oil Killian had used the moment they entered the bedroom. Her desperate response to his touch must be because of that oil. Thinking this, Adelaide shook her head wildly.
“Don’t? You should say you like it—that you want more. Shouldn’t you?”
The finger stirring inside her became two. At the same time, her gasping grew more frantic, and her toes curled.
Killian savored her intensifying reactions, stirring her tight inner walls that clamped greedily around his fingers.
An aphrodisiac? As if he would use anything that might harm her body. But Adelaide believed him without question. She was adorable—now that she had an excuse, she could be honest.
“Thanks to this, everything feels stronger. Yes, just surrender to the sensations, Adelaide.”
He whispered in her ear, his voice a seductive murmur.
“Hnngh—no. Stop—hah—st—…!”
Despite her protest, her gasping moans only grew louder. One, two, three. Before she knew it, three fingers were sliding in and out of her once-tight entrance. Killian’s hand explored her inner walls. Every time he pressed that hidden spot, a moan that seemed like it might make her faint escaped her lips.
I don’t want this. It’s all because of the aphrodisiac. Clinging to that belief, Adelaide was on the verge of reaching her peak from Killian’s relentless fingering.
Then, suddenly, his touch stopped. Killian withdrew his hand, which had been filling her completely.
Confused by his inexplicable action, Adelaide looked up at him, her eyes hazy with rising heat.
