Chapter 138
What…? At the unfamiliar voice, her mind began to clear a little more. However, unlike her gradually returning consciousness, her body felt like a soaked wad of cotton, limp and heavy, and her eyelids weighed a ton.
The thing that had been wrapping around her body moved. It was soft, silk-like to the touch.
This… this was the skin of some living creature. A chill crept across her skin. Regardless, the thing she was hugging was a man’s upper body.
He seemed to be laughing, with a slight tremor that she could feel. He stroked her cheek, then placed a kiss on her lips. Cool water pushed into the inside of her mouth—
It entered her mouth. Thirsty, she instinctively gulped down the water. As she did, as if pleased, his tongue lightly tapped the roof of her mouth. The moment their tongues touched, Roina felt a sense of discomfort. It was cold, and the tip of his tongue was split. That unfamiliar tongue skillfully wrapped around the inside of her mouth. It felt as though he had two tongues.
The thing wrapping around her body gently tightened its grip. With slightly clearer senses after drinking the water, she discerned that it was likely a snake’s body. What on earth is this? How did it end up like this?
Roina’s eyelids trembled as she tried to open her eyes. Her body still refused to obey her. Then the man who had kissed her let out a soft shii sound.
“Oh, it must be a bit difficult. You had more resistance than expected, so I used a slightly higher dose than usual. Just relax and rest comfortably.”
As he said that, he brought his cold lips to her collarbone and slowly licked across it. How could one possibly rest comfortably knowing someone was treating her like this? The snake’s body, with its silk-like texture, slid smoothly along hers. She felt like prey ensnared by a snake, unable to move at all—not that she had the strength to in the first place.
“Ryuhyeon…”
“Ah— hearing you call my name again is such an honor. Fufu.”
As expected, it was him. As he said that and pressed his body closer to hers, she could feel the lower half of his body through the thin fabric. Something hardened briefly touched her thigh before retreating.
She sensed that something about this wasn’t normal, but it was too short a moment to grasp anything clearly.
Slowly, she lifted her heavy eyelids. The first thing that entered her vision was a canopy decorated in red fabric. And Ryuhyeon, gazing down at her as if she were lovely. The man was lying beside her, offering his arm as a pillow. Naturally, his upper body was bare.
She herself was not properly dressed. A thin silk blanket covered her, and a white snake was coiled around her body. The snake gently rubbed its head against her cheek as she stirred. As the snake moved, its body slid across her cleavage, her waist, between her thighs and legs. The snake was coiled around her bare body.
Roina let out a languid sigh and turned to face him. Strangely, she didn’t feel any disgust—only a buoyant sensation as if she were floating. Her reason told her this was dangerous, yet the sensations in her body and her mood refused to listen.
The man placed his smooth hand on her waist and gently swept it upward, and Roina was torn between wanting to stop him and wanting to leave him be.
“Why…”
As if he had expected her to ask, he looked at her and smiled tenderly.
