She had never tried this before, but she couldn’t just leave Calix exposed to danger any longer. And since anyone could come in at any moment, Lea was pressed for time. She did her best to move her lips and attempt the guiding.

Awkwardly, their lips only barely touching, she kissed him—when suddenly, the back of her head was grabbed.

Calix hadn’t moved at all until now, but he soon parted his lips wide and entwined his tongue with hers, deep and wet. His tongue, thicker than hers, forcefully pushed inside without hesitation.

Surprised by his sudden, almost instinctive reaction, Lea opened her eyes.

Fortunately, his eyes were still closed. Relieved, she realized that he was instinctively craving guiding.

So, she surrendered her tongue as he led, pouring guiding into him. It was certainly much more direct than simply holding hands.

But with him ravaging her mouth so wildly, she couldn’t keep her wits about her. His thick tongue blocked her breath, leaving her unable to breathe properly. Even when she gasped and tried to pull away, his powerful grip left her unable to move at all.

“Hnn—!”

With their lips completely sealed, it felt as if their mouths had become a single conduit, his tongue greedily seeking guiding without restraint. Every time their tongues intertwined, slick sounds filled her ears.

While feverishly sweeping through her saliva and mucous membranes, he softly ran his fingers through Lea’s hair. The familiar motion was just like when he used to pet the fox Luna’s fur.

A shiver ran through Lea at his touch. She hadn’t been able to visit him as Luna because of her injuries, and only now did she realize how much he must have worried.

He must have been worried, with Luna—his cherished companion—nowhere in sight.

But every time he swept across the roof of her mouth, a strange sensation bloomed inside her. Held against his chest, Lea rolled her hips instinctively. In response, he matched her movements, slowly rocking his body against her.

Worried he might have regained consciousness, she looked up at his face, but his eyes remained firmly shut, only a few strange breaths escaping his lips.

The pained expression he’d worn was gone, but to purify his still tangled, powerful energy, she channeled guiding energy into him with even higher purity.

At that, he suddenly gripped her hair, which he’d been stroking so gently, with a sharp strength, his fingertips trembling as if enduring something.

Abruptly, with his other hand, he slowly stroked down her back. Her wounds weren’t completely healed yet, so the sensation was sharp.

Her body trembled, but he soothed her, patting gently between her waist and hips. It was the same place he often patted her when she was Luna.

Lea was already so accustomed to his touch that just that motion was enough to calm her shaking body.

But only for a moment. Then, he cupped her from below with both hands, gripping her hips. Leaning forward in that prone position, Lea was startled and grabbed his shoulder.

At the same time, he broke the kiss and swiftly moved, pressing Lea beneath his body.

“Ah…”

Suddenly trapped naked beneath his arms and body, Lea was so shocked she couldn’t say anything at all. Worried that he’d truly regained consciousness, she glanced at him—but his eyes were still tightly closed.

Her heart was pounding so violently that she thought she could hear the thumping in her ears.

As if he regretted even that brief separation, he turned his head and gently bit her plump lower lip. Slipping skillfully into her mouth again, he was less hurried than before, but there was still an unmistakable urgency.
