Chapter 75
Celesto, who had been quietly staring at the floor, spoke.
“…There’s no place like this on the way back.”
“Ah, that’s— Wah!”
Just as I was about to answer, the carriage swayed violently from side to side.
I instinctively reached out toward Celesto. I thought that since he was this big, if I grabbed onto him, he’d hold.
But Celesto was faster.
His large hand caught my waist. The man, holding me firmly with just one arm, let out a strained breath.
“…Are you okay?”
His voice was so calm it was hard to believe he was supporting my full weight.
I nodded slightly. Somehow, my heart was racing too fast to answer.
I felt Celesto swallow a dry gulp behind his neck.
I slowly returned to my seat. Celesto’s hand, wrapped around my waist, also slowly—if reluctantly—returned to its place.
“…”
I glanced down.
It wasn’t my imagination. Whenever my leg pressed close to his thigh, an abnormal heat transmitted through the fabric.
It felt like sitting next to heated metal. My skin kept flushing.
Celesto fixed his gaze on the floor, trying not to move a muscle. But the heat he radiated wasn’t hidden at all.
His hot breath brushed against the back of my hand.
Slowly, my gaze traveled up his arm.
The cramped carriage, unavoidable contact, each other’s body heat.
Amidst all that stimulation, I felt like I could understand a little—what Celesto was feeling, what heat was rising beneath that thick hood.
The carriage shook hard again. My body lurched toward Celesto.
I grabbed his forearm more blatantly than before. The texture of his stiffly tensed muscles transmitted fully through my palm.
Celesto remained frozen, barely managing to breathe.
Inside the quiet carriage, where only the noise of the wheels echoed, the air filling the cramped space grew increasingly humid.
As if being colored by the heat in his breath.
“…Hey.”
I slowly moved my lips. My voice, as it escaped, felt particularly sharp.
“Are you… still like that?”
It was a question missing both context and conclusion, but we both knew exactly what it meant.
“…”
Celesto was silent. He turned his head away, not even looking in my direction.
But he couldn’t hide the sweat dripping along his jawline.
I reached out and wiped the sweat from his jaw. Only then did Celesto turn to look at me.
His gaze briefly lingered near my lips before falling away. Though only for a moment, the heat he left behind spread over my lips.
“…To avoid people seeing us, I decided to take a slightly longer route.”
I continued what I had been about to say earlier.
“Whenever the coachman says he’s taking a detour, it usually adds another twenty or thirty minutes to the arrival time.”
“…So?”
“Well… I’m saying let’s do ‘that’ a little more. We haven’t seen each other in a while.”
At my words, Celesto roughly ran his hand through his hair beneath his hood.
I let out a small breath.
Though I couldn’t see Celesto’s face, I could feel his nerves bristling sharply at each of my movements.
Just as I thought… you were left wanting too, weren’t you?
As if pressing him for an answer, I spread my legs slightly.
I could feel his pulse between our touching thighs. Matching the rhythm of that utterly irregular beat, my own heart began to race abnormally.
It had been nearly two weeks since I’d seen Celesto. Because he had been too busy to even visit my lab.
Thanks to that, I had built up a lot of pent-up desire. Having not relieved my s****l needs, which I had been satisfying regularly once a week, I’d even become a bit irritable.
And yet we only did it once?
If Celesto’s condition had looked fine, I would have pestered him for another round long ago.
But Celesto, whom I hadn’t seen in a while, looked terrible. Just the fact that he, who usually gets anxious unless in a perfectly secure place, had barely managed to pull down his pants behind a building showed he wasn’t normal.
But his body told a completely different story. That he wasn’t satisfied with just one climax.
Gaining confidence, I started pressing Celesto more aggressively.
“Hmm? No? Actually, I wanted to do it more.”
