Memory Reset: Sellie
“Sia, are you going to sleep more? You have to get up.”
A tender voice murmured softly by Cynthia’s ear.
When she woke, lightly frowning at the bright morning sunlight, Segleninde cupped her cheek with the hand that had been carefully stroking her tousled red hair. He moved his rough hand with extreme care, afraid he might leave even the slightest mark on her soft skin.
He gently swept beneath her eyes with his thumb and touched her soft lips too. When he even sneakily started pinching her nose, she, already only half-awake, shook her head sharply as if annoyed. Even that sight looked like a rose scattering in the wind, and Segleninde felt his chest ache all over again.
The handful of hair fluttering with just one shake of her head looked like petals falling one by one, making his chest throb and thirst rise in him. Feeling as if he had to swallow those mumbling lips at once, he quickly took Cynthia’s lips into his.
“Uungh.”
A whine immediately slipped out. It sounded pleasant, like the soft sound of sprouts quietly pushing up. Of course, that was only how it sounded to Segleninde. Cynthia was actually cursing at him to cut it out when she hadn’t even fully woken up yet.
In the bright morning, so sunlit there was no need to turn on the lights in the couple’s bedroom, the woman, carrying the traces of last night’s lovemaking across her whole body like red brushstrokes, reluctantly opened her eyes. Wine-colored eyes met clear gray ones and curved brightly.
At the sight of his wife, newly beautiful and lovable no matter how many times he saw her, he finally parted from her lips and whispered in an overwhelmed voice.
“Good morning, Sia.”
“…Good morning, Sellie.”
Even though she looked sulky, she returned the greeting as always, and Segleninde could no longer endure it. He pulled her into a fierce embrace. They had held each other all night as if they would die if they were apart, but even Cynthia secretly liked the sensation of their bare bodies pressing together without even a thin layer of undergarments between them.
Still, since it was morning, the air was fairly cold, so she had to pull up the blanket and wrap it tightly around herself. But seeing his wife seek the blanket’s embrace instead of her husband’s, he immediately furrowed his brows. Jealousy surged at having his wife stolen by a mere scrap of fabric, and he kicked the blanket away at once.
Then he pulled his woman close and held her small body snugly in his arms, warmer than any blanket, leaving no gap for her warmth to escape. With this, surely she would have no reason to abandon her husband and leave.
At any rate, sometimes she was an unbelievably cold-hearted woman. Whether her man was shivering alone in the cold and sniffling or not, she would go off to be held snugly in another thing’s embrace. Of course, that ruthless side of hers was also a charm to him, no different from a delicacy.
At the sound of Segleninde sighing and grumbling, Cynthia only made a face as if she had bitten into something unpleasant.
“Have you lost your mind first thing in the morning…”
Cynthia mumbled, rubbing her cheek against his chest. He had always been like this, but ever since they got married, somehow, his nonsense had only increased. She knew she was beautiful, but hearing him say it directly into her ear made her feel like she had to hit him at least once.
Of course, even when she threw a fairly sharp punch, her damn husband didn’t even pretend it hurt. He simply held her hand tightly, checking it this way and that, as if worried her soft peach-like hand might have caved in from hitting his sturdy body. It made him wonder how she had managed to survive in this harsh world with such soft, fragile fists.
Then he sneakily put her fingers into his mouth one by one and licked them. Cynthia simply gave up on everything.
After sucking on her fingers for quite some time, he soon moved up along her arm with his lips and attached himself to the neck where he had left deep marks the night before.
“Ugh, mm.”
His lips gently sucked the tender flesh beneath her jaw, then moved down to her chest, where reddish marks were lined up one after another.
Her n*****s were still swollen, turned into a deep color after being sucked so persistently last night, so he gently licked them with his tongue to soothe them, and touched the sore peaks as if telling all the pain to fly away. In the end, Cynthia, whose face had gone completely red, kicked him in the thigh, and he laughed happily.
And Cynthia regretted what she had just done a little. Segleninde’s member had lifted its head and was twitching.
