An hour passed as we sat facing each other across the desk. Despite feeling like something extraordinary had occurred, Rai continued the class in his usual tone.

He explained the basic attributes and shared tips on effective mana usage, among other things. Then he added a few caveats.

Rai was dumbfounded for a moment, then covered his mouth before letting out a small laugh. When he looked up, he smiled a little, then shook his head.

“If that’s what it is, it doesn’t matter at all.”

With that, Rai chuckled again. It was interesting to see his different facial expressions, which I had never seen before when playing as Mina…Watching him, I suddenly became curious.

“By the way, you said that this blessing was originally for a girl from the other world, right? Earlier, you said you also applied it like before… Did you have guests from other worlds before?”

I had been curious about this for a while. The reactions of the various characters here suggested that Mina’s visit wasn’t exactly a surprise.

I hadn’t thought about it before. The idea that the characters in the game recognize the players who show up every time. I just assumed that each playthrough was a new experience for them.

There were many more things I wanted to ask, but Rai lightly drew a line at my next question.

“I can’t reveal more about this. Just be aware of this fact and try to keep your distance from that girl as much as possible.”

And so, the class came to an end. After hearing some reports from Reina, Rai left the room first, and I headed straight back to the dormitory.

I lay down in bed, but sleep did not come easily.

A world that regularly welcomes a girl from another world. And the characters within it—Knight Commander Leon, Crown Prince Edin, High Priest Theo… and Rai.

Upon further reflection, I recalled that during gameplay, the dialogues of the characters and certain events seemed to subtly change or new events occurred. I never imagined that all of these were happening because the characters were actually welcoming Mina each time.

If that’s the case, the key male characters and the figures related to Mina’s arrival at the portal, including some guards, would probably be aware of this fact. What about Alfie, Dito, and the others like Reina and Lolo? What about the other professors? Professor Deep Sea Monsters, too…?

On a circular stone slab inscribed with a magic circle, there were traces of gold-like patterns that looked as though it had been struck by a powerful force from all directions. Rai slowly bent down and touched the destroyed magic circle, sending mana into it. As he did, vivid currents of energy surged above the ruined circle.

Green currents, similar to the power that struck above Hick’s head.

“Tower Lord, this is…!”

Panic flashed across Reina’s face.

Rai, who silently stood up, had a profound look in his eyes.
