Chapter 105
“Fay, wait—I’m close.”
“…”
“You said if I came inside you, we’d never do this again.”
Was he supposed to hold back his release the same way he’d restrained his movements?
Alnazir grew desperate—visually, tactilely. Her scent, mingled with sweat, drifted faintly toward him. The lewd sounds of wet friction, skin meeting skin.
“Every sense but taste is being assaulted, how am I supposed to hold back?”
“Don’t.”
Even when he asked her to stop, Fay stubbornly refused.
Was she trying to make this the last time? He eyed her suspiciously. Could this be the end of their s*x life this uncharacteristic stubbornness.
Her true intentions remained murky. She began moving more vigorously, lifting her hips higher before plunging down, impaling herself inside.
“Nngh!”
Her breathing grew ragged with the intensity. Unable to manage through her nose alone, she finally released the tentacles from her mouth. Gasping for air was fine—but each hot breath against the sensitive tips drove Alnazir mad.
“Put them back in.”
Alnazir forced his voice to stay level, clenching his jaw to suppress his excitement. He was afraid she’d refuse if she sensed how desperate he was.
A calculated request, yet Fay shook her head infuriatingly.
“I want to focus on just one thing.”
Which, frustratingly, wasn’t entirely unreasonable and left him conflicted. He couldn’t figure out what she truly wanted from him.
“That’s at its limit. I might come.”
“Then it can’t be helped.”
“What do you mean, it can’t be helped?”
Alnazir asked in surprise, and Fay gave him a strange smile. But she quickly buried her face in his chest, making him unsure whether she had really been smiling at all.
Did she love him?
Just a moment ago, when he asked if she loved him, she had coldly answered that it was only his wishful thinking. Yet now she was saying something that sounded as if she was allowing him to finish inside her. It was contradictory.
“Can I do it inside?”
“….”
“You said you didn’t want that before. You were worried you might get pregnant, even if the chance was small.”
So now she was saying it would be fine if she did become pregnant?
Alnazir felt his mind go completely blank, while at the same time his thoughts seemed to spin faster than ever.
Even if he finished inside her, a child would never form in her womb.
But if she said it was alright…
“I just… decided to try trusting what Lord Al said. I thought maybe it would be okay… I don’t know. Stop asking so many questions!”
Fay meant that she would trust his word that she wouldn’t become pregnant. She muttered her explanation awkwardly, as if making excuses.
But Alnazir didn’t hear that part.
In his excitement, he interpreted it completely differently, believing that because she trusted him, she had decided she wanted to carry his child.
If Fay truly wanted that, it wouldn’t be impossible to find a way. He would just have to think about it.
A child. Their child, born of Fay.
This wasn’t the first time he had imagined such a thing, and in the past he had concluded it wasn’t necessary. But now, after time had passed and his feelings had deepened, the idea of a child felt different.
Back then he had thought of it as an heir. Now, the first image that came to mind was Fay smiling while holding their child in her arms.
He couldn’t clearly imagine the child’s face. He didn’t know what Fay had looked like as a child.
Would the baby resemble her completely, or not at all? That was something he would only know after it was born and grew.
Still, Alnazir imagined a perfect little copy of Fay.
“Why are you smiling?”
Fay asked when she noticed. The faint curve of his lips made it seem as if he were teasing her, yet his gaze looked distant.
When she asked again what he was smiling about, the man finally returned from his pleasant daydream. His golden eyes cleared as he met her gaze.
Her frown seemed to come from worry, perhaps she was concerned about whether she could safely carry the child of someone who wasn’t human.
Without thinking, Alnazir leaned forward to kiss her forehead then stopped himself.
Right. Today he wasn’t allowed to initiate physical contact. He steadied his breathing and smiled gently instead.
“Fay, don’t worry about anything.”
As for whether conception was even possible, that was something he could figure out later.
