Chapter 148
“What is it?”
Without any pretense, Lea innocently asked, and he playfully nipped the tip of her nose. Her clear golden eyes looked just like pure amber gemstones. Or perhaps like yellow topaz.
There was a time he’d thought her eyes were sly, but not anymore. Staring into eyes that were now more transparent and radiant than any jewel, he spoke.
Filled with every bit of his wickedness.
“I want to taste every part of you with my tongue. Ah, can I try licking your eyeball, too?”
Lea, startled and annoyed by his talk about looking at other Guides, blurted out a refusal without even realizing it.
“No. I’ll do the moving.”
At her words, Calix let his disappointment show openly.
“That’s not bad, either…”
He didn’t dislike it when Lea took the lead. But, having just returned after using his abilities, the excitement was still burning in him.
Simple, cute skinship was nowhere near enough.
He wanted to fully let out this boiling excitement, but she said no.
“Well, let’s do it your way for now.”
Calix lay down obediently and looked up at her, blinking. Now, Lea found herself on top, looking down at him. Her long hair fell down like a curtain.
Calix reached up, running his fingers through the dark brown hair that tickled both sides of his face, as if brushing it.
At the sight, Lea muttered,
“It would have been nice if Your Highness hadn’t cut your hair.”
If he hadn’t, she could have sat behind him and brushed his hair, too.
“…Is long hair your type?”
Calix frowned and asked at her words. If that was her preference, it might be a problem.
Lea only smiled in response. When it came to Calix, she really had no particular preference. Anything was fine as long as it was him.
But Calix interpreted her smile differently. He didn’t say it aloud, but his mind began racing.
Could he use his powers to make his hair grow faster? That sort of thought.
Then, Lea slowly lowered her face and covered his lips with hers. Gently, almost formally, she parted his lips and slid her tongue inside. Her shy tongue moved so slowly it almost felt polite. Each time it barely touched the tip of his tongue, it was almost torturous.
She thought she was moving it in deep, but Calix felt differently. Her tongue was so small it only left him thirsting for more. He murmured, entwining their tongues,
“Stick your tongue out a little more.”
Lea struggled and pushed her tongue in deeper, but he was still unsatisfied.
Unable to restrain himself, Calix finally wrapped a hand around the back of her head and pulled her in. Their lips mashed together so tightly they were crushed against each other, and, unlike Lea, he thrust his thick tongue in without hesitation.
He explored every inch of her mouth, rubbing and crushing against her small tongue, and each time he scraped the soft inside of her cheek, a refreshing wave of guiding flowed into him like cool water.
As the wet sounds grew louder, Lea forcefully broke away from him. Covering her lips with the back of her hand, she glanced somewhat nervously toward the entrance of the tent.
Calix, displeased that she was looking elsewhere with him right in front of her, swiftly turned his body and wrapped his arms around her waist, moving on top of her. Now above her, he asked in a disgruntled voice,
“Are you worried the sound will be heard outside the tent?”
“…Yes.”
“What should I do, then? I actually want them to hear it.”
He wanted to show the Espers outside that this Guide was his, so they’d know not to touch.
But just as much, he also didn’t want anyone to hear Lea’s cute moans.
He’d already set up a barrier of wind, so there was no way any sound could leak outside, but with a mischievous look, he pulled the covers up over both their heads.
“This way, it definitely won’t be heard, right?”
Trapped together in the darkness under the blanket, their presence became even more vivid. The sound of each other’s breathing, the thick scent of each other, and the firm, sticky, sensual sensation only intensified.
